    Return Policy

    • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
    • Condition: Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached.
    • Return Refusals: We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used, washed, damaged, or spoiled (unless they arrived damaged).
    • Return Fee: No return fees apply.
    • Refund Conditions: Refunds are only provided for defective or incorrect items. To claim a refund, please send a clear unboxing video to our email.
    • Refund Method: Refunds are issued as credits to your RDKLU wallet via email.

    Exchange Policy

    • Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
    • Exchange Fee: A ₹100 reverse shipment charge applies for each item exchanged. No fee is charged for exchanges due to incorrect items being delivered.
    • Price Difference: If the exchanged item costs more, you’ll need to pay the price difference upfront via a prepaid method. If the new item costs less, the balance will be refunded as credit to your RDKLU wallet via email.
    • Exclusions: Customized items and items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.
    • Exchange Limit: Only 2 exchange per item is allowed.

    Return & Exchange Process

    1. Request: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello@rdklu.com / exchanges@rdklu.com.
    2. Approval: Your request will be reviewed and approved by our Customer Experience Team, typically within 48 hours.
    3. Reverse Pickup: A reverse pickup will be arranged only after confirmation from the Customer Experience Team.
    4. Packaging: Please repackage the items as they were delivered to you.
    5. Order Cancellation: Cancellations can only be made within 48 hours of placing the order.
    6. Refund Method: Refunds are issued as credits to your RDKLU wallet via email.
