Once the order is confirmed  it will begin processing within 24 hours.

Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.

Order confirmation will be sent through a message and an email.

Most of our stuff is made to order and average delivery time period is 5-6 days.

Kindly note COD orders are not processed without telephonic confirmation which is done within 48 hours of your order being placed.

Once your order has been packed and shipping label has been generated, we will email you the tracking information.

A confirmation call will be done to inform you regarding the dispatch along with a service message.

Once your order has been placed and confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order. If your order is not yet shipped out, contact us and we will cancel your previous order, so that you can reorder the correct item.

We provide refunds only in cases if the products have any kind of manufacturing defect or if a wrong product has been delivered to you.

If you would like to get a refund, items must be in their original condition and sent within 10 days from delivery.

For the rest we provide with exchanges or store credit.
